Anyone know how to wire it so that when the lights are on the turn signal lighting is also on. The one that is below the headlights by the air dam. It's only on when u are turning.
Anyone know how to make it turn on with the headlights?

Thanks,
Roman

you can rewire them, I will post a tutorial if this doesn't work.

take the bulbs, in your conering lights, and rotate them 180 degrees..taht might do it..

Um...

I don't see how rotating them would help but I'll try.

Thanks

you can't turn them 180 degrees because there is a special harness that only allows you to put the buld in the correct way. plus, turning it 180 degrees would only make them blink really fast.

ok both of you guys are wrong..
he's talking about the bulb in the bumper..the one that only lights (blinks) up when u turn.
that bulb is a single filament..1156 so u can turn it until u your hand hurts and it won't do a damn thing.
you need to rewire it so it'll stay steady lit at all times (when the parking lights are on) and blink when u signal.
i'm still working on how i can do this myself.. too busy w/ other stuff.

I can tell you right now

run a wire from the cornering lights (the green wire is power when any lights are turned on) to the ground side of the front blinker (the black wire). cut the ground wire to the blinker so that the wire coming from the corner goes to the end of the cut wire that leads to the bulb and the other cut end of the ground wire is not connected to anything. this should work provided that the pink wire (which is usually +power for the front blinker) gives the bulb enough of a ground when it's off; this is the basis of the other cornering light rewire. you wire up 2 power wires to a bulb; one acts as a ground when not in use and when it turns on, it puts 2 + to the bulb which turns the bulb off
I haven't actually tried this, but the only problem would be if the ground was not strong enough, it would be a dim light in the front
this will make the bumper lights stay on when you turn your lights on and blink as a blinker too

Craig:
When I figure out what u are talking about and how to do it I'll try it I wish I was more technically inclined not declined. Anyone have a proven easier method?

Thanks,
Roman

Why would you want that bulb to always be on. How are people going to know when you are turning. Do you have side markers or something?

92GXE, touring wing, 18” racing wheels, Port&Polished intake, custom intake, custom yellow interior, racing seats, back seats taken out and replaced with subs and amps, NOS kit, Suspension tech. Lowering springs, custom grille, soon to be custom painted and have the whole engine rebuilt for big shot NOS and custom SC and tranny converted to 5-speed.

the way I tried to describe would make it so that they are always on and would still blink when you put on your signal

I'll elaborate on how to do it later; I just remembered a possible problem so don't try what I said just yet.

that rewire should work in theory, but I remember telling someone before to try something like that before and he said it caused some problems wiht his blinker going too fast or the blinker indicator in the guages to be constantly on so you can try the rewire if you want, but be ready to put it back to how it was if one of those things happens after doing it
I don't have my car with me on campus or else I'd try it myself to see what is going on, but I can't so sorry =)

naw dude, i did that in my friends legend. we just turned the bulb in the front bumper turn signals and it made it blink really fast. i wanted to do it, but on ours, you can only put the bulb in one way. i'm not talking about trying to keep the bulb on all the time and blinking when your turn on your blinkers. i'm just saying you can't turn the bulb in the socket. word to your mother

at last something i can help with. I've made my bumper lights stay on with the parking lights. ALso when I signal at night it will blink as well. I can't explain right now. I'll draw a diagram and send it out. just email me if you're interested. You'll have you be familiar with relays to do this.

Materials i used:

2 relays per side. one resistor per side to keep the lights blinking normal at night as opposed to hyper blinking. Give me a couple days to draw up a diagram
