VG Cold Air Intake Interest Thread

Here in the past while I've noticed a lot of people are wanting a 1989-1994 GXE/1989-1991 SE Cold Air Intake. But don't want to put out the $215 for a Cattman unit. Well I'm wondering if I produce an inexpensive CAI kit if anyone would be interested in it.

Diameter would be 2.75", Come with all cuplinks, fasteners, IACV Hose, and Filter.

I'm thinking around $60-$70, but that is just an estimate.

Are you prepared to pay for sponsor fees?

If there is a large enough interest in the product.

That is what I did with my GXE; but didn't like having to run the "flex" tubing down into the fender, seemed cheap and not sturdy enough for my liking. Essentially it will be near the same product, but it will be pre-cut the exact size you'll need it, and have the 90 degree metal bend into the fender. (Hence the reason it is slightly more expensive)

As Opposed tooo...

Ok I'll have to be the #1 on the list because I'm too lazy to cut the pipes, actually it's because I don't have time to work on this at the moment and also no tools (for now) and I have to say I like either the 90 degree bend rather than flex hose. so...

- don't post ANY FS/WTB items here
- Unless you're going to be a sponsor then do not post "group purchases"
- group deals belongs in the GD section
- there are CAIs available for the 3rd gens...this item is not new or something that's experimental.

PM me if you have any questions.
