Hi, i got a problem with the headlight. Perhaps you guys might know what's going on. They comes on when switch on but the problem is the high beam. Only one come on, the other sometime it does and most of the times it does not. It's not the bulb, i trying switching out the bulb but it still does it. What should I do? Where should look? Thanks.

 

The switch itself. Clean the contacts with sandpaper.

is there a writeup anyone knows of with instructions on how to take it out, clean it and put it back in.

Rip it apart and clean it, or put in a new one. Mine was doing the same thing when I bought it. I just put in a new switch.
