theres even shiny black paint below it! new pipes? looks good does it work better? thats the power valve i thought too.

The egr to y-pipe line was cleaned up also,though it didn't stay shiny like the rest of the egr system Too much heat i guess.

Hey not bad, I did the exact same thing nearly 2 years ago but only stayed like that for 1 month cuz I didnt apply a clear coat. What do you use for clear coat? I'm gonna do this again!

Cheapo clear coat,i don't know how long it will last though,so far it still looks like the day i put it on(about a week)

Yeah, it's one of those cheapie $100 Eastwood powder coaters...

I have an old kitchen oven in the garage to bake parts in. big enough for a 16" wheel or an IM, but that's about it. this thing BARELY fit in there (look at the other pics in the directory)
