Matt, if they were crap before, I either got lucky or they have realized that and have been working on correcting themselves.
Sounds like they're finally getting their act back together. They had great service and knowledgeable parts guy 5-10 years ago.. but then it dissappeared and all you got were morons that didn't know what they were doing.
"thank you for calling courtesy nissan parts, how can I help you?"
"hi, I'm looking for a fuel filter for a Z32. Do you have any in stock?"
"what's a Z32? The only Z with a 3 in the number is the 300ZX and the 350Z. there's no such thing as a Z32."
"Ummm, Z32 is the chassis code"
"What's a chassis code?"
"How long have you been working at Courtesy?"
"About 6 months"
"and you've NEVER heard of a chassis code or a Z32 before?"
"No."
"Mind getting someone else on the phone for me please?"

.........................
I STILL got the wrong part...

Dont know if this has been known or not but for other fellow noobs, I just did a bit of research and found out through Courtesypart.com that:

3rd gen front swaybar to frame bushing part number is: 54613
4th gen front swaybar to frame bushing part number isL 54613

ES's part number for frontswaybar to frame bushing part number is 7.5118 which I believe will fit our cars

On Energysuspension.com there's no listing for 3rd gens whatsoever but they're the same.

Let me know if this is already something known I was unaware of...
I have heard that the ES fox body mustang front sway bar bushing will fit our cars, the universal fit 1.25". Part number is 9.5113.

Well, my swaybar ones might need replacement from all that oil/grease or whatever the hells down there.

How much would one of those swaybars go for anyway? would it be plug and play?

Hmmm, sounds rather tempting assuming it IS a worthwhile mod. If Matt suggested it, I'm assuming it IS worthwhile, right Matt?

Alright, so I've decided I'm gonna get a Sus Tech sway bar with ES bushings and have been googling but cant seem to find a place to get it.

Where would I pick one of these? Matt I even took the liberty to check your website but didnt see it there either.

Noob moment: Is swaybar same a tiebar?

Brian, does the other listing you have for the ST front sway bar NOT have the hardware & poly bushings?

it does, but the pricing is wrong on it.
I'll fix that momentarily.

OK, im trying to fix the bushings on my car, all the way around.

we've got 7.3117 for the parallel links,
7,5118 and 9.5113 for the front sway bar.

autozone has 4.3129 for the rear control arm(upper only?)
what else do we have?
And what are the differences between comparable replacements, or rather, why are there different part numbers that'll work?
for people just walking in, these are the numbers for Energy Suspension bushings...

I agree, but that isnt how auto zone referred to them. Should these be the same parts, different numbers?

i'm just guessing, but the part number from AutoZone or any other non-dealer might be the after market mfr. part number (similar to oil filter numbers... ie. how they differ between Napa, Fram, Mobil, etc).

Again, that's a guess!!!! don't kill me if I'm wrong

but the good thing is... if you take a look at your bushings under car before you go out and buy/pick up those rear bushings, you can open the box/bag at the store and check if they look similar. If close enough, then it's probably cool (this is what non-mechanics like me do )

theres my $0.32.
