Power Door Lock Timer

Well something else came up. My door locks have a mind of their own and sometiems after i lock them they unlock and sometimes they just go up and down. The button/switch on the door does seem very sensitive but contact cleeaner didnt help. Im guessing its the common door lock timer? Its under the steering wheel i think right. Does anyone have a pic and also what years will fit my 92? all 3rd gen?

Normally the sauder points in these go bad therefore making a clicking noise when you try to lock the doors. This is what it looks like, oh and this has been resaudered and works like a dream. If you need one, for the right price it could be yours.

I had the same problem. Door locks that would "bounce" up and back down when I tried to open them with the key. Turned out to be dirty contacts in the lock actuator box. It's inside the door at the bottom rear. It's a white colored box that's attached by a lever to the lock mechanizm. If you do take it out to clean and lube, take pictures because the inside of the box has many small parts not in the FSM.
