Automatic sunroof

I was just wondering if there is a mod to make it so you just push the button once and it opens all the way like the Chrysler 300.

My Malibu was the same way. I kinda liked just being able to tap the switch and it open.

I havent done this or considered it before, but here is a guess of how to go about it.

The motor turns automatically off when it is open all the way, so if you remove the spring which causes the button to pop up after being depressed, it should just keep going until the end, and then ignore the button signal afterwards.
