I suggest you go to www.edmunds.com and find the private party sell amount for cars like yours with that milage in your area..... They'll show you how much cars like that go for in your area from private sellers.... It's pretty accurate I'd say.
It depends on options, and vehicle condition too. I'd start with around 7,000$ if the car is loaded and in perfect condition and negotiate down to around 6,000$ no less....
