Hey all my friend has a 91 Max and his passengers side headlight will not operate at all...Now we've tried switching bulbs to see if that would work and that's not the case,,We even tried a tester on it to see if any juice is going to the harness and it does....That's the thing that's troubling me,,,why juice but no light???Any help would greatly be appreciated.....

was he running high-wattage bulbs in it before it stopped working? probably burnt out the inside of the socket, so it doesn't make a connection. often it's the ground that burns up, so check it..

if that's the case, have your buddy buy a new 9004 connector (about $5 at any parts store), and then go back to STOCK WATTAGE bulbs and don't mess with those 100W suckers ever again.

thanks!

151k miles.. Money is my business (but let's just say I can afford to buy a new engine and tranny for the price I'd have paid for a 100k mile max)

VE stick is much quicker than my VG auto, but didn't get that way until I cleaned up the engine.. pretty dirty inside and needed a little work.. but hell, what can you expect on a 150k mile car, driven by a woman with children?!
