does anyone know where i can locate the code for the door lock on the 92 gxe? I heard it's supposed to be printed somewhere in the car.

On my '93 GXE it is printed on a metal box behind the glove box. Once the glove box is removed, there is a metal box with a label that has three numbers on it. I think my 7-digit code was the seven numbers after an "s"

 

what you do it take a flashlight and get up on the passenger seat under the glovebox. Have a pen and paper handy. Guide the flashlight till you see a gold box. There's a long code, letters on numbers, on the box. The last 7 numbers are what you need to write down. Now go to the keyless pad. Press "Clear" and enter the code you wrote down. You'll hear a continuous beep. During that beep, enter the code you want, 7 numbers maximum. Wait till the long beep is done, then you can use your personal code any time.
