Hi, im planning on lowering my car with Eibach/tokicos... but the rear of the car is already weighed down from my stereo.... i measured it and the distance from the tire to the wheel well is less than 1.5inches... i have aftermarket tires (225/45/17) and if by somechance my car "tucks rubber" so to speak, will i have any problems with any sort of rubbing from the tires and the wheel well?

you won't have any problems. i have 17x7's with 215/45 tires. i used to have eibachs and i have absolutely no problems with rubbing. the tires aren't close to tucking under the fender. the eibachs are stiffer than the stock springs, so your backend won't sag from your stereo. here's a pic of my ride with the eibachs:

My opinion do not get Tokicos, I think they are horrible struts, i had them for less then 6 month they lost all the pressure and stiffness, plus theyre making noise on any bumps. DO NOT GET THEM. I suggest Konis but theyre kinda expensive. But hey its your car that's just my $.02.
