hi..my cars been acting weird lately..it doesnt happens often though...i would press on the gas pedal at a constant pressure and at any speed in fourth gear.. sometimes the rpm needle would jump up 500 and then drop back down and it would continue to jump for two or three times then stops doing it..is this my tranny or the fuel injectors being dirty or wat..and also..sometimes when my car slowes down from high speed..i can feel the car downshifts and like a "clunk" noise is noticeable...doesnt happens often though..and only happens when overdrive is on..thanks for the help...

WEll I know when my tranny went out ( the 1st time ) it made this shakking in the car when it was shifting into Overdrive. This followed the RPM jumping that you said your was doing. The second time I just lost 1st and 2nd gear out of no where. So look out and be careful. I wouldnt take it on a long trip anytime soon. Get it checked out and maybe they can fix the problem before it get to bad.
