Digital Dash on a 1990?

Check out this Max on ebay, they claim its an SE but there is no spoiler. But it does have this digital Dash cluster. It looks cool, but I've never seen them before.

That is a gxe...because se's dont come with the digital dash and also the trim around the window is crome which se's dont have either.

I hardly looked at the rest of the car... I just didn't know there was a digtal dash...

just on 89 and 90 GXEs (maybe 91 too, but I'm not sure)
it was an option, not standard and very few people have it

the heads up display part of it is pretty cool - puts the speed on the windshield

Can that dash fit in my 1990 se? Also, where can I find some "tire rock gaurd things". The ones that make it so that rocks don't fling from behind your car.
