Hi, I'm looking for some yellow spark plug wires for my 94 Maxima, but I dont know which ones will actually fit my car. I know there are some brands out there that have yellow but there are different kinds that fit different vehicles, but I dont know what will fit my car. Could someone help me out please. Like maybe you could give me some item #'s that go with a certain product. Thanx!!!

Well......

you can check racesearch.com they should have yellow Vitek wires for our Maximas...you can look parts up specific for your car so you won't need part numbers or anything.

Hey, thanx for that site. Those are some good wires, but do you think that there is anything cheaper out there?

if you want quality. no but i would stick with the factory wires because they are great!. but anycheap yellow wire and you will be looking at a rough idle!. I've seen it a dozen times at the dealership.

Yeah.....

you're right about that..I bought some cheapo ones from Trackauto last year...returned them the next day and got OEM Boschs, and everything was fine! I think Viteks should be fine though, I've seen them be quite reliable in my friends Eclipse as well as other imports...but IMO the best ones out there are Magnecors, $130 but 8mm and perfect for an MSD or upgraded ignition system.

Re: Re: Well......

There are, but most are poor imitations.
If you want quality, you've got to pay for it. Most of the cheap colored wires I've seen are really bad copies of the nicer wires. They look good on the outside, but the core is usually junk and that's the most important part. I carry Vitek wires for $110 per set for a Maxima. But if you've found cheaper wires and just want them yellow, I also carry the Vitek engine dress up braid. It's the same stuff they use on their wires, and you can dress up basically any set of wires you'd like.

You know, for 15 bucks you can get a set of wire loom of any color you want and not have to worry about buying a specific brand just cause the color...

What abotu ACCEL Superstock wires (yellow, 7.5mm) I know they are not custom fit for my VG,but I bought an 8cyl set and used the ones that fit..Had to use plug-wire pliers to get the rear cylinders. I was on a budget and for 15 bucks, they appear to be relatively high quality compared to some other junk I've dealt with. Hey, you work at a dealership? I need help finding an engine miss. Would you be willing to give some advice?

Hey guys, how's it going? I posted this thread a while ago as you can see. I actually ended up getting some blue NGK wires which are really nice.I got them off of Nopi.com for a pretty good price.
