I have an 89 maxima gxe with an electronic suspension system which allows me to switch my ride from comfort to sport. But there isn't much difference between the two, even in sport the car bounces like crazy on the highway. So I've been searching the web for stiffer struts (Tokico,Koni) for my car, and I found 2 different Tokico struts/shocks. One says premium performance shock/strut..
and the other one says Illumina shock/strut-electronically adjustable. So i was wondering does anyone know the difference between the two..like which one is stiffer?..and which one would fit my car since it has an electronic suspension..
Does anybody else have an electronic suspension? and if u do what spring/shock are u using? Thanks for your help.

the electronic suspension basically has adjustable struts
and there is little tiny servos that sit under the hood on top of the strut tower and they adjust the dampening of the strut. my diagnosis is that the struts themselves are worn out and are pretty spendy to replace. look into it though.
Goodluck.
