99' wheels fit '94 maxima?

Need help! Will a set of stock wheels from a 99' maxima --lug pattern 5 x 114.3, off set of 40mm, and tire size of 215/60/15 fit my 94' maxima? The guy I'm talking to says they will. I would appreciate any imput.

From: Westchester County, NY

ALL rims from ALL Maxima's from 1989 until today are interchangable. Same lug number and size, same offset.
