id do a search, but its pretty easy when i took my off, u just pretty much find all the screws, and undo those there are some under where the foglight button and cruse control buttons are, and there are some under the dash above the guages, u have to also take out the trim piece around the radio. once those are gone there are just acouple scattered around. mine explanation is ghetto but i hope it helps.

1. remove ashtray and take out the 2 screws
2. remove the plastic part that goes around the shiftknob
3. gently pry out the Power/Comfort switch and disconnect it
4. take out the panel that goes around the stereo and a/c controls by prying the top left to right. be gentle.
5. remove the panel that holds the cruise, defrost, fog switches by unscrewing 4 (??) screws underneath. unplug the switches.
6. remove the top dash panel now (about 7 screws).
7. remove the gauges - 4 screws

I think this is it. I haven't done it in a while, but that seems like all of it.
