Advancing Timing on a VE.....

How is this done? I know some of you guys have done it on your VE's. I'm wanting to do this so help is appreciated. I have all the tools that would be needed, just need some sort of instruction.

Thanks dude. Those are the exact same results I got when I tried doing the search, and none of the info seems to be adequate enough. Although there was a lot of info on doing the VG, nothing really explained how exactly to do the VE.
