I saw Mr. Rose's car where he has the whole car painted white and it got me to thinkinI need to paint the sills underneath my doors. The sills are graphite gray, and my car is super white. Do you think it would look ok if i painted them white, while i left the underside of my front and back bumpers gray? I would paint them too but... I don't realy have the cash to have them done profesionaly.

thats what im gonna do, i dont think it would look to bad, UNTIL u got the rest painted, i wouldnt just leave the sides painted and not paint the front and rear

i painted the sills and the front and rear bumpers it makes the the car look lower

that it will...i've seen this is person on a few white 3rd gens and it looks really good. i plan to do the same when i add my front lip

Can anyone point me to some pics? Mr.Rose's site doesn't have updated pics yet. Doesn't painting the rockers and lower bumpers make the car look taller, I mean maybe lower to the ground, but shorter lengthwise and more squat like an Altima since there will be more white going up and down?

ahh thanks. very nice after all! of course it helps that the car seems to be really lowered already (sprints?). quite modern-looking though since lots of cars nowdays look "tall" and are painted this way. good stuff!

I'd like mine to look that good. the Painted rockers were always an idea of mine, just never got around to it. Great IDEA though!
