power braking

Even thought maximas arent notorious for laying rubber i was wondering if anyone had any tips for power braking or just laying some rubber. I know this could be potentially very bad for the car but...just looking for some input. by the way i have a vg. Thanks

to power brake without upgradinjg your tranny, hold the brake down hard, bring the rpms to around 2200 then from what i have heard then drop the brake, you can hold it high if you put a better torque conveter or stall conveter, i think if you do a search you can get many more people techniques and stories PEACE

I didn't think you COULD power power brake a front wheel drive car... The ONLY way that I could see you being able to do it well would be to pull up on the hand brake and do it like that... Either way I wouldn't suggest it unless you just really dislike your car.

You wanna see some serious rubber? Try revving up to 6 grand and then droping it into drive

Clunk, clunk... what was that sound? I don't know but that was a kick *** burnout

How bad is it for you to rev your RPM pretty high and slowly release the clutch into first gear? I have a 90se...I do this a lot, so far no problems...

its cool if you like replacing your clutch

its slipping the clutch, and that is what wears down your clutch until it starts to slip, you won't hurt your tires, engine, or tranny like you would if you popped the clutch but i dont see the point in it, basically the less slippage the longer the clutch will last you
