another reminder, why we should never drink and drive

 

you are the one being charged,i wish you luck ,you will need it seeing as you are 22 with a 16 year old in the car

 

Sad news.
I'm sorry for all involved, and my prayers wre with the families. What I'm NOT happy to hear is that the driver was dumb enough to drive drunk, (if that is actually the case- we all know reporters like to turn 1 beer 8 hours before into a full-blown raging drunk).

People should know better than this. I've had many, many friends killed in situations exactly like this, some were innocent victims, some were the cause of it. Nevertheless, it doesn't have to happen if people will just use common sense and DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

I wasnt drunk, all i had had was 3 beers about 2 hours before leaving.. i was on a unfamiliar road, and one of the females in the back seat Kept pulling my hair and causing me to lose concentration on the road.. if a police officer asks if you have drank at all that evening, and you say yes, then you are charged with a DUI even before it is proven.
now i am just praying that everything turns out all right.. i went today and got all my things out of my car, and will post pics as soon as i get them of my car after the wreck.

Drive safetly and wear your seatbelt..
