tranny or clutch problem?

Ok heres the deal, I have a 93' SE with 147k miles on it. My gears work fine when the car is OFF but when the car is on the clutch wont disengage unless forced hard. I have replaced the clutch master cylinder and replaced the slave unit and bleed the lined completely from both bleeding valves and then it worked, but then i turned the car off and put all tools away and came back out and turned car on and it did it again and wouldnt disengage. Im extremely confused! Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same or knows anything. Please help!!!! If not Im going to take to pull tranny and take to shop! H E L P!

Don't wanna scare you, but...

A guy at work had a very similar problem on his Camaro (VERY stiff clutch pedal). He actually blew up (literally!) a brand new clutch master cylinder. Turns out his pilot bushing was shot, which was allowing the tranny input shaft to wander. This in turn was causing the throwout bearing to bind up against the input shaft. One new clutch, one new pilot bushing, and 2 new clutch cyls later, runs like new again. Good luck!
