Is this a tranny problem?

Hello Guys! I'm concerned about my baby since this weekend it started to make something a little bit annoying.
When I'm at a red light on D idling and then accelerate I feel something like a hard shift, it doesn't do it when it shifts to 2nd or 3rd (it's an Auto) only at take off but it didn't do it before, could this be a tranny problem? if so, what can I do? it has 140k on it, did tranny flush last december, suggestions...

really? bad engine mounts can cause that? It felt like something on the tranny, I was so worried, I'm glad I asked. Indeed I have two engine mounts broken and I didn't want to replace them because I'm saving some money for an engine swap since engine is leaking oil and have no compression at one cilynder so, I better hurry up with that engine swap . Thanks!

Engine mounts will do it. When mine went, it almost felt like you drove over a stick or rod on the road just as you accelerate.
