I am having a hard time find out what to loosen so that I can get my belt on. I have abs and its a VE so its hard to even get to any bolts

 

The PS pump idler is just to the left of the crank pulley. There's a screw which sticks out the bottom. You have to turn it clockwise (ie, as if you were tightening it) in order to loosen the belt. Crank it in a ways - should give you plenty of slack.
