cold start??

after my car sits for about 6 hours, overnight, in the morning ill try to start it and it will stumble, miss, unless i hold the gas to about 3k rpm for a few seconds. after this its fine. seems to get worse in the cold. What could this be? Coilpack? plugs? Wires? Spark control module if it has one?

Just remove iac/spray inside the openings and spray the little plate behind the iac also.

Be sure to use throttle body cleaner, not carb cleaner, and dont forget to buy new gaskets before you take it apart..

Someone once told me this is what it was and i went to take it off and the heads of the screws busted off. its still tightly mounted, just if i get the ones out how hard would it be to find new bolts/screws? and what comes apart on it the the whole assembly come off or just the round edge?

Any hardware store will have them, just bring in the old ones to match up the thread and length. Worst case scenario, Nissan will have them, you'll just pay a tad more.

Well you dealt with air, next up to check are fuel and spark. Test injector resistance, they often behave sporatically depending on engine temp. just as they are about to die completely, after that it might be a good idea to get new spark plugs.

Do you have a VE or a VG?

if it is stuck open, then be ready to fork out some cash to replace the injector.

Nice to know this now..

Before we all go off on our little quests to find what your stumbling issues are,it would be a GREAT help to us if you would let us know what other engine parts have failed in your original post, this way we don't start naming off 3 dozen other things that may be causing your problem.

Replace the damn injectors dude, they are your source of the stumbling..
