another exhaust problem

i wondering if anyone other than me has had this much trouble with the y-pipes.my 92 VE just broke the y-pipe right were it meets the cat flange.i was thinking of removing the flange on the cat end also and puttinf in a cuppling for now or get a set of header flanges anyone ever do this. my 90 VG broke the flex part and i replaced it. so im wondering if i can mend this one for now i work 100 miles away and i cant have this ride down at all. any one have any thoughts that might be cheap lol.

To bad you don't have a vg my parts car has a newer y pipe on it that I would sell to you.

the stock original y-pipe can be swapped between the VE and VG, aftermarket ones cannot.

$200 for a Warpspeed y-pipe is cheap for what you get...

i need to fix this temp till i have time to replace the whole exhaust.

well here is what i did

ok so i get done under car and i see the pipe broke in front of the cat and i mean right in front so im left with one choice good buy cat for now.but i did notice i have another leak up higher like an egr pipe do these cars have those???????????????????
