1. I thought you were broke?

2. You're not going to find crap for under $1000 unless it's just that- crap.

3. I wouldn't want to turbo a piece of crap.

4. If your budget is $1000 for the car, how can you afford a turbo which costs minimum $1000 to get running?

I'm confused... if you already have a car that runs and gets you around, why are you in such a hurry to buy a 2nd car and get it as cheap as possible?

Even waiting just a few months and saving could vastly increase your budgest from <1000 to 2000-3000, which will net you a far better 2nd car.
