It's not a question of if it's the correct line to me,but more the quality of it.Who wants this part to spring a leak while you're 100 miles away from home? not me...

If it's not a gushing leak (eg: one of the end connectors pops off) then a simple trip to a generic auto parts store for a bottle of brake fluid will keep you going until you can fix the problem (but then again I've driven a Sunbeam Alpine for 600 miles with a shattered clutch).

More to the point, this is a solution to a mostly non-existant problem. I'm not saying this won't improve performance in extreme conditions, but it is a matter percentages.

If you race (other then street) and have already replaced your clutch/pressure plate/throw out bearing with uprated parts the $30 isn't a bad price to get that last little 'nth. If you're running the OEM setup then this is wasted money since there is so much waste in the OEM setup for HP duty

.

right. the question was "is this guy legit?" not "is this SS line of good quality?"

see the difference? i simply answered the question...

now as far as quality goes....i'd test it but they're not red...

I asked because i have an ACT 6 puck race clutch, so I was thinking this would help a little with clutch feel and engagement.

Actually i was referring to the quality and or fitment of the part if anyone knew... Because i can clearly see he has 100% feedback

But i think im going to get this once i get my money, it does have a lifetime warranty so hey, why not?

i assumed that you were referring to the line itself, but just to anger wayne, i went on with my reasoning

i would say go for it......the lifetime warranty thing is one reason i would put SOME faith in it, plus, it's fairly inexpensive.

The lines are simply technafit lines. I can tell by the fittings and packaging. I have a pile of them in stock too.
the guy's just another ebay reseller thinking he'll make it big in the performance world, making about $1.50 on that sale (Remember I know what the cost is on them..... ) take it for what you will.

Unless you have a show car and it's got a red color scheme, then red brake lines are rice. (race inspired cosmetic enhancement). :P

I was thinking the same thing.

That being said, I would still buy from Matt, just because he deserves the business after being so well loved here on the .org.

Actually, mine is still in my glove box. I never got around to installing it. Dang, I am lazy.

hey, if it costs the same (or just a few bucks or minutes more) then an asthetic enhancement isnt ricer.
22" rimz. chrome everywhere, stick on carbon fiber, useless badging, fartcan exhaust = ricer

I think the ss clutch line about the only one left. Oh, wait. I never installed the rest of the CAI Jeff made a couple of years ago.

I know it took me almost a year to install the exhaust and several months to get up to Shawn's and install the suspension. Maybe the same to finally get my UDP installed.

Actually, I drove the car yesterday for the first time since October 13. It felt really strange, since I had been driving my diesel for so long.
