The paint in my engine bay meng. I don't have super thick grease on the engine, just everywhere else.

No, I use meguiars car wash soap, i do this to my engine bay about 20-30 times a year, so i don't have any grease/oil to remove, just dust.

Be reminded, **I am not responsible if you fry something while cleaning your engine bay**

Pack your connectors with Dow Corning #4 and pressure washing is fine...it's what we used in aircraft MS connectors that may have as many as 100 pins and you really want to protect them for the Gulf humidity and salty air. I've used this compound in all my cars and never had the electronic gremlins that haunt so many 20 yrs+ vehicles.

Looks like that Z32 was NA, but im guessing you are gonna turbo the SOHC VG. Will you trying and use the Z32 harness and with a TT ECU or will you swap them both from a maxima?

Figured I finally get some pics of my third gen on this thread.

Side shot after a wash.

My newly acquired SE center tail, completing the SE look in the rear. Got super lucky and found this at the junkyard on the cheap without any cracks.

I don't have any good engine shots, not to mention it's a filthy engine bay, but I can shoot some pics tomorrow.

haha its a combo of loving the VG (which I most certainly do) and only finding those around here...GXE's anyway.

I'd like to find a VG5spd around here...but its hard.

Infact I haven't seen many SE's in general...I should have those pic's of that third one sometime this week.

No, I never did a pulley...yet. I kinda wanted to wait until winter was over before adding boost. I did the exhaust and CAI. I am now saving for bumper guard, rock sliders, and rims.

But summer is coming so I will have to start concentrating on the Maxima again. It has been hibernating peacefully in the garage under a cover.

How has your Maxima been coming along? How does Goon's engine run for ya?

think about how the motor is facing... the front is in the front, and the rear is in the rear. as it should be. but it can't be

heh, slowly coming along, as of late. my last 'mod' was some mudflaps that i got for free.. it's come a long way but still has a long way to go. The motor's doing great.. just wish i could hear it over my daggone power steering pump

o i see they fixed the smileys on the right side back to their proper configuration...
