neon lights

I recently bought a 1992 maxima. It's red with a grey interior. I'm gonna paint the interior white with a red shift boot and red pedals. What color neon kit do you guys think would be cool inside and outside the car? I'm thinkin either white or blue.

Unless you want your car to look like a christmass tree get red. Blue wont match and I think white neons arent that great.
People come to my shop all the time wanting their dashes painted blue
in red cars (trust me it doesnt match.) and white doesnt give a nice finish. I just did mine in my SE, gunmetal with a little bit of red. that way whatever the red carbon fiber dash kit doesnt cover will be gun metal. I do this "professionaly" make sure you put lots of coats on, but they have to real light coats (of any paint, dont listen to people that tell you to buy special paints.) then you have to put alot of thin clear coats on and youll get a great finish (i did this and mine is so shiny and glossy). oh and before you paint clean the pieces with paint remover.
It works great because it gets all the grease off and drys the pieces out making it good for painting. Oh and prime all the pieces.
I've done like 20 of these jobs I know what I'm talking about.
Im gonna go take a pic now and post it for ya.

oh yeah the car is red

and I used the same color red for the dash. this pic shows
the metalic finish of it. I used Yukon gun metal it is automotive paint but thats the only kind of paint that had the gun metal.
