A tough little old car she is, sat for half a year and all she needed was a charged battery.

I thought I had a sig - 1993 GXE...

While changing alternator last summer I noticed that the crankshaft seal is very greasy, but there is still no leak. Is that a hard part to replace? Can anyone give me a ballpark figure of how much it costs to get it replaced, parts and labour?

Wipe it clean... replace it when the belt 5yr replacement schedule hits ya as the pulley is out. Then work is 1$, seal 5$. Depending on mileage, I'd also wap the waterpump.
