Throttle body diagram anyone?

Does anyone have an assembly schematic for the throttle body? I have it back together but there is a washer left over and I'm not sure where it goes. A blow-up schematic would greatly help, and would be of use to many others who need to dissasemble their throttle body for whatever reason. I can't find a diagram in the FSM.

I guess someone could just post a close up of the throttle body assembly - just the portion near the accelerator cable - and I'll figure it out from there. Thanks!

Closest I could find to the body assembly (unassembled).

Well, no not that diagram. I know how to put THAT together. I'm talking about the order that the throttle body itself is put together, (Like the nut, washer, cruise mechanism, spring, accelerator mechanism, another washer, another spring, retaining clip, etc)

something like this:

but a more detailed diagram to see the exact order of assembly. Thanks Wiking!

Thanks for trying hadman!

I really don't think that diagram exists unless someone like Wiking took one apart himself and took pictures. Maybe if you're close to a u-pull it yard you could dismantle another one and take notes.

...a courtesy.

But that does not exist in the FSM, is it?

nowhere that i've seen. but there are a few known errors in the FSM. like the wire colors on the a/t inhibitor pinout. it says yellow/black is reverse, when it's really red/black.

Courtesy, yeah I didn't think to look there.

Speaking of courtesy, you could thank me too for spending my precious, scarce, scant, leisurely downtime searching and scanning pics for you pfft

Also this Courtesy pic title says "throttle chamber" - but actually there isnt any parts from chamber ...just two holes.

Typically help gets spat when a wreck owner gets a 1000$ savin tip. Spat = the 9 out of ten helped wont even bother to tell how it was.

This is called life.

Here was a good exception...
