Help! Fuel filter!

Help! Fuel filter!

I can't get the freaking hoses of the filter! It's as if this is the first time in 10 years it's been touched (it probably is)!
What do i do?

PULL!!! If that doesn't work you probably have enough slack to simply cut it... Or you can take this time to replace those fuel lines....

mine was a ***** to pull apart.. u just gotta use some elbow grease.

i had to cut mine, and there was plenty of slack, but then i decided to just replace it. i replaced it with a blue hose, but i ve seen clear and it was cool too. i also replaced the other rubber tubing in the engine with blue. its not too expensive and makes it look nice IMO

Thanks guys!

I ended up getting the damn things off by heating up some pliers with boiling water and pouring the water on the hoses...after much vigorous twisting, phew!

I hope you used hose that was rated as high pressure fuel hose, if so cool, if not I'd change it. Regular hose can't withstand the high psi that the fuel pump delivers on a fuel injected engine.

#1 reason why certain people should not work on their cars. i'll have the marshmellows rdy when it goes on fire.
