wheel question.

So. I just purchased some 18''x7.5'' racing harts with 235/40s on them. I noticed rubbing on the rear with the shock. what kinda spacers should I be running if it's offset is 45? Guy at the shop told me to get bolt extensions... From what I read I can do fine with 6mm spacers? This car won't be lowered.
