where can I get this suspension part?
where can I get this suspension part?
The front sway bar ends are suppose to "fit" into these small things mounted on the lower front a-arms.
Does anyone know what I am talking about?
If so, where can I pick up a set of these?

is this what you're talking about? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MAXIM...spagenameZWD1V
Yes and no... the concept itself is easy but sometimes getting the old one out is a pain cuz you'll turn the 14mm-15mm nut and it'll turn the joint as well, I had to cut mine with a rotary tool. You will also need a pry bar to kind of jiggle the control arm a bit so you can get the new one into the hole, just pry from the rear part of the car and not the front.
Upgrade to ES and you can pick them up from O'rielly, Autozone, Advanced Auto. The parts are endlink bushing and cup washers. Upgrade to polyurethane. I did upgrade to Suspension Techniques front and rear swaybars along with thier lowered springs. You'll never replace them again! Might as well upgrade the mid section "D" bushings while you're at it.....

the link has a joint at the end of it that typically what fails. ES does not make that complete piece.

Hey Cmax what kind of links are you running on your car?
give yourself a little treat and buy the full suspension techniques sway bar set. they come with the new bushings you need, as well as some nifty sway bars that make the car more fun to drive.
so you're gonna call ST a step ahead of Addco then? I was kinda wondering which to go with.
I got the addco cuz someone *cough cough* said it was the better choice
instructions on it were pretty ummm pointless considering they dont tell you much but the product itself is awesome. Cant wait to get swaybars for the 4th gen and that one australian swaybar brand for the front on the 3rd gen
umm thicker is better no?
