I had some weird issues with injector grounds having power I ended rerouting wires and fixed that. Been like this for quite awhile with no problems until now...I turn key on and lights and all that work but Fuel pump don't turn on unless I ground the blue and white wire on the Fuel pump relay or ground out the power wire up by the ecu. The car wont start unless power is grounded on ecu forgot pin #but its orange and green. When I jump that wire the fans run constant. Im really lost going to look for new harness and every single rellay in parts car. Is a 5spd harness same as auto? I was looking at a schematic and seen the ecu ground goes through a power valve soloenoid valve. What ever that is ties into the fan, ecu, eccs relay then through - on battery. Sorry for questions in every direction very very tired.

 

sounds like the ECU itself has an issue. I would swap in a known good ECU and see if everything works. my concern is the hack you did of rerouting the injector wires, it may be damaging the ECU even worse than it was originally.

 

I forgot to mention I did try another ECU. Is all I did was run new wires didn't bypass any realys or anything like that.

 

I'd run up to the parts store and get a new fuel pump relay. They should run anywhere between $10 - $20 for the part. Try that because it sounds like a bad fuel pump relay
