Well if it happens again, keep in mind that the door lock timer doesn't even exist from 89-91.

oh mah bad greeny lol.....BruceM99 u still have to open ur D-side main switch and check the voltages in the harness....it might be power supply problem....u wil need a multimeter for that...download FSM and power lock is in body section of FSM for volatges specifications..

Power door lock timer

Just what needs to be Soldered on the timer? A wire or prong? Does the Door Lock Timer unplug from the other unit so I can work on it out of the car?

The cold solder points, component to pcb 'contacts' (Printed Circuit Board). Unplug, take it home... After cleaning just quick heat/melt every point.

i cant go out ritenow and take a pic of door lock timer cuz its freezing out here and plus its night but i can point u in FSM where it is so u can have an idea where it is but ya u will have to unbolt the cover under the steering column to get to the door lock timer...pull the harness out gentley and then u will have to unclip the cover of the timer and gently pull the door lock timer circuit borad out...take it in and find where the crack is and solder it and install it back and u r done....

Couple questions...

My power locks work fine, as does the keypad, but I recently replaced the driver door switches due to power window buttons only going down.
Before, I could turn the key (or push/pull the lock) and all doors would follow suit. Now they don't.. If I use button, or keypad, they all lock/unlock, but the auto feature (or whatever it's called) no longer works.

Also, if I lock the driver door on exit then close, it unlocks when the door shuts. I have to use key or pad after it's closed...?? Supposed to be this way?

Zee door lock timer iz bad..

Remove, resolder the bad(brown looking) connections, or replace with a known good used unit.

The DLT is a weird little unit, in some cases, it will stop all locking operations, then in some others, just partial controls fail or go heywire.

My wifes gxe done the same as yours, i just resolded the bad connections inside the unit, it's worked fine since.

Looking at that pic it must be up under the dash to the right (from seat) of the steering wheel??? Does the dash have to come apart to get to it?

While trying to preztel myself in there to have a look, I find this...
No remotes tho..

on edit: Nevermind.. I've got it out..

You do realize that is not the factory door lock timer?

Hahahaha.. yea... That's aftermarket... I saw the sticker reminding mechanics of the remote start on the radiator support. Just thought it was taken out since remotes didn't come with the car.

I found the timer on the front of the ASCD <sp> controller... I pulled it apart and melted all the solder bumps, but no change. And the locks still worked with the unit removed...

Ya know, i just realized you have a 90 model, right?

if so, according to past information, your car does not have a door lock timer, all your locking/unlocking functions are controlled by the master door switch.
