Is There a Way to Remove the Floor Carpet Without Riping it Out?

I'm going to need to check how nasty this rust problem really is under the car....and add to the fact I am getting water occasionally soaking the carpets in the back and drivers front. Don't know where it's from.

Anybody attempt to remove their carpet completely? Did you have to remove all the seats first?

I havent taken the carpet out, but I have taken the front seats out.
there is no way to take the carpet out without removing the front seats, and the center console, along with a few covers/pannels. I believe it can be done without removing the rear bottom cushion, but if you are doing all that work, may as well rip it out, too.
the seats, on their own, are cake to take out.

Yes, front seats need to come out, center console, pretty sure the rear cushion, a billion plastic trim pieces (door sill, kick panels, center pillar piece, etc.) You'll figure it out as you do it.

If you want to get it out without pulling the dash, you'll have to remove the ECU and cut the carpet down the center under the dash and center console.
