Problem with suspension
I just finished installing my KYB GR-2 struts and Eibach Pro-Kit springs and both rear suspensions are making this horrible clunk at every bump. I know I lost track of a few washers and stuff but I thought I had everything good and tight, can anyone tell me what the cause might be?

Okay, got it. I'll get right on it now.
edit: Checked it, dumb me....the mount nut is DEFINITELY the problem since it's about an inch away from where it should be I should have realized this sooner. Thanks Caped.

Well everything has been great with the suspension since I tightened down the mount nuts but I had my alignment done and the drivers side camber was the only thing they couldn't get to spec...in fact it was 1.4 degrees off! Which combined with the fact that the reason I rushed getting my suspension changed out was because that tire wore really fast which told me the alignment was off leads me to believe something is physically messed up about my front left suspension which is causing it to be this far off.
Any ideas? I don't want to substitute fixing the problem correctly with camber bolts.

Check suspension bushings and upper strut mounts. those are the parts that usually cause the camber to be off. If all those are okay, then drill out the top bolt on the lower strut mount (where the strut bolts to the knuckle) with a 9/16" or 14mm drill bit. that will give you enough play to adjust the camber to spec.
So your camber is -1.4 deg or -2.4 ? You say it's 1.4 deg off...
honestly -1.4deg isn't that bad- a bit much for a DD, but you can deal with it. just be sure to rotate your tires on a regular basis.. If it's -2.4, then you definitely need to get it fixed. that's too much for a DD unless you like replacing tires every 10k miles.
