Are the Metal Type Upper & Lower Plenum Gaskets Re-Usable?

Are the Metal Type Upper & Lower Plenum Gaskets Re-Usable?
Can these be opened and closed again - or use once then throw away.

As have I, on probably a hundred cars now. All VQs though, I don't know if you're talking about a VG30 (or whether or not they even have those metal crush gaskets for the intake manifolds).
