i'm ok with Mobil1 ATF...but i prefer Amosil.
if i had to change it, i would order it and wait for the amosil. that's how good this stuff is.

Currently running Royal Purple I believe 75w90 GL4? spent about 70 on it but people say its worthwhile.

Will be giving RedLine a shot when it comes to changing the fluid. How often should this be changed on a manual trans?

According to the info on the back of the bottle, it said it is a direct replacement for nissanmatic-D. dunno if it's true or not, but i went with it anyway..

There are AMSoil dealers out there. I'm sure you have one locally, you just have to look.

I bought my Amsoil tranny fluid at Joe's (used to be called G.I. Joes) It cost $12.99 each plus tax.

Sry didn't read well. That tranny fluid i bought was for manual transmission, But Joe's sells Amsoil ATF fluid as well think it was $10 bucks a quart.

However, I think GI Joe's is only in the Northwest. I am not sure where the OP is from.

I think there are some people on this site who sell Amsoil.

The first time I put it in my tranny, I think MrGone bought it from someone. Might have to double check with him, though. Maybe he got it at Joe's, too.
