1991 Maxima Driver side tail light cover

My maxima's driver side tail light got broken (both the red cover and the inner lense). Does anyone know from where to get replacement parts before I go check with the Nissan dealer? And also how much it costs?

junkyards!
  • any 89-91SE (clear shell with red diffuser, and black trim) will match yours perfectly.
  • 89-91GXE ( red shell and chrome trim) will sortof match.
  • and the 92-94(se or gxe) won't match at all, but it will still fit and light up properly.

ALSO,i think the 92-94 use different "light bulb socket plates" than the 89-91
so get those if switching tail lenses to 92-94

I got a decent tail light assembly from local j/y. It cost me $45. The chrome was a little dull but not at all noticeable. It took a little longer to remove my existing cracked tail light because of the weather stripping putty.

Now, I have some extra bulbs!

Thanks all!
