Bad Injector or Bad Coil Pack?

My VE is running rough and I have a code 51, so it looks like I have a bad injector. I tested the 3 accessible without taking the intake manifold off (there's no way to test injectors 1, 3, and 5 without taking off the intake manifold, is there?) and my number 4 injector measures infinite resistence (my multimeter just stays at a "1"). I thought I remembered reading somewhere that a reading of "1" on the injector could mean that you have a bad coil pack, is that true? It doesn't really make sense to me but I thought I remembered hearing something like that somewhere

Also, is it possible to replace the #4 injector by just unscrewing the 2 screws on the cap and pulling it out, or would I need to take off the intake manifold and everything?

Thanks!

Nevermind, I figured it out. Turns out that it was definetly a bad injector. I replaced it with a bosch injector (oem). It was pretty easy overall, although I needed to remove the fuel rail to get the injector out by placing a screwdriver on the tip of the injector and popping it out with a hammer. If one of my rear injectors fails, I'll replace all three of those at once, but right now I just don't have the time or funds.

Good deal it was on the front bank. I have a bad injector on my rear bank on my "new" VE

Injector resistance is unrelated to the state of a coil pack. I hope this helps restoring of your common sense .
