valve cover gaskets

valve cover gaskets

I'm going to replace both don't worry, but which one leaks oil on to the alterator the front or rear one??? I was guessing front, but I juss wanted 2 make sure??

This would be my 'guess' too and I wouldn't bother with rear if it's not leaking. Instead of guessing though I'd trace the leak first then replace whatever is required. What if it's not valve cover at all?

also change your pcv.

It's twofold...Hardened gaskets and loose hardware(throw those screws in the trash) replace with hex head bolts!

OH ok I went 2 autozone,advanced, and NAPA what the hell none of them have these gaskets for the VE so they say, How much does the dealer charge for the gasket closer to the radiator and is tha the right or left
