blower motor sticking

a while back i took my blower motor out 2 try and see if it was the reason why the a/c wasn't working...so i cleaned it out with mass airflow sensor cleaner, put back in and it worked about a hour later i turned the a/c on agin and nothing. I didnt feel like messing with it again until today. I took it out and left it connected, turned the a.c on and of course nothing until i spun it buy hand and it started to spin, i turnd it off then on again and noting. its like i have to give it a boost and it will work...does anyone kno what the problem is??

Worn out brushes and most likely - commutator or whatever is called. In second case your only option is replacement.

the bearings in the blower motor are beginning to seize. Time for a new blower motor.
