What's the actual WHP of a VG/VE?

I never did dyno my "90" VG30E when I first got the car, cause it had alot things that needed to be tended too. so I'll go out on a limb and guess for a AT/MT VG...110/115 whp? As for the VE AT/MT...140/145 whp? Anyone have actual dyno #'s on a stock 3rd gen?

Hmm its more likely to be 125/130 vg and 150/155 ve STOCKS wen they were new but after 15+ years i wonder if vg is even making around 100 lol or ve around 120 lolzz ya but sure u can always restore them to their new condition if u have the money

I thought I remember reading (years ago) where some bolt-on modded VEs were in the 160-170ish range at the wheels.

My VE 5 with low compression in one cylinder and the bolt-ons:

I was really surprised, as I remember that day the car was suffering from incredible VE "heat soak"

What OEM facts? OEM, as far as I know, doesn't bother with giving out this kind of information. Sorry if this forum didn't provide the standards of OEM proof for you.

I thought you wanted OEM facts. Where did Matt post OEM facts? All I see is dyno run facts.

damn guys.. STFU already. stop arguing about it.

"OEM facts" say VG= 160hp, 180ish tq. VE = 190 190 or something like that.
he's asking about what the stock dyno numbers look like compared to the published "OEM facts" and whether the original numbers were correct or inflated.

Does everyone understand now? Why does it really matter on a 20 yr old car anyway? daaaamn.

Judging from the OP's posts, Im pretty sure he wanted OEM dyno facts. He wasn't satisfied after he got member dyno facts. He wanted something that was Nissan approved.
