Seafoam on a 3rd gen

Does this stuff work or is it pointless??

I just tried the seafoam trans-rebuild in a can. $10, why not. No noticeable difference.

No experience with the other stuff.

probably doesn't do much of anything.... but can't hurt (fuel additive) i'm weary of anything that you pour in the crank case/tranny

It's PROBABLY pointless for a high mileage engine like a 3rd gen. Go see photos in previous thread. Also look out for hydrolocking that they talk about.

its not a bad idea to use it once in a while. its easier to find a small vac line at the throttle body and let the vacuum suck it in than it is to poor it down the brake booster hose. better yet do not use the brake booster hose if you have never done this be for. your pistons will love you long time for using the smaller hose.
