tapping exhaust gas sensor for air/fuel meter?

tapping exhaust gas sensor for air/fuel meter?

is this the correct sensor wire to tap, the exhaust gas sensor?

Are you talking about the O2 sensor? It depends on the AFM. Some will run off of the stock O2 sensor, but most AFM's need a wide band O2 sensor. You would need to put another fitting on the Y-pipe for it.

I don't know if the EG sensor is the same as the O2 sensor, the EG sensor is located in the engine bay. I'm running a AF meter off whateverI tap.

just get under your car and tap the wire directly from the sensor...my mechanic did mine for free when he changed my brakes. I think its the white wire, but I'm not 100%!

and oh yeah, its Pin29 on the ECU, so if you wanna tap it inside the car you can do that to!
