Quick questions and i im probably paranoid but i am hearing a gurgling sound up by the passenger side vents. Maybe air still in the cooling system ?

Also when im at a stop the car seems to be vibrating and i cant remember if it did that before or not. Last one what are the signs or sounds if a blt is on

too tight(timing or accesory) ? I made sure that every belt had at least a half inch deflection in the longest streches. Any suggestions or am I just a

paranoid bozo ?

Just find a steep hill. Put it in park after parking brake, set the heater on MAX, open the bleeder plug on the plenum and rad cap is cool to touch. As they said, the rad cap has to be higher than the upper water hose outlet from firewall. Idle the car like that for an hr or so, adding any coolant if it will take it.

The belt deflection amounts are in the manual. You need a fish hook scale (and a string) or the cheap belt deflection tools you can buy at the store.

Your not paranoid, your just hearing something that's wrong. If you follow the FSM exactly, you shouldn't have any problems. Did you test for the exact deflection on the timing belt?
