How to Diagnose When Exhaust Manifolds Are Gone...
Basically,
My small problem has escaleted into one large one. After having injectors replaced, fuel rail, fuel regualtor, and injector clips, car sounds like a truck. How can this be so with new parts and car did not sound like that before parts replaced? I don't know!...
Anyway, now supposedly the exhaust manifolds are gone. When the car is first started sounds like a truck. With higher rpms escaping air sound seems to decrease. Smells like exhast fumes in the cabin a little. Can this confirm that exhaust manifolds are gone?

You have to actually look at the maifolds and see if the nut is missing. If it is, that means(most likely) that the stud is broken. It's not really a manifold problem.
The front is pretty easy but the rear side is hard to see. You might have to use a mirror w/ a handle or take a look from underneath the next time you change your oil.
It sounds different depending how bad the leak is. It ususally goes away when the engine warms up.
